Player versus Environment
This build takes about 9 seconds to start up, so make sure you give yourself some leeway. Cast: Favorable winds, Conjure Flame, Expert's Focus, to begin. Target your opponent and cast Asuran scan, then Spam Punishing shot when in combat and occasionally use sloth hunter's shot to add damage. [note* generally your first target should be the monk] Keep up Expert's Focus and Asuran Scan.
Counters
The big one: Energy management. You rely on both expertise and Expert's focus to manage energy. each time you use punishing shot, it should come out to around to 3 energy each time. Seeing as you can probably get out 1 every 2 or so seconds, you will regain 2 energy. Leaving some energy to keep up your preparation weapon spell and enchant.
Smaller ones: Health. You should have at least 445 health (depending on vigor rune). Along with your stance it should suffice (assuming you have a decent monk). I personally like Lightning reflexes for the IAS, but if you want something that lasts longer, go for Whirling Defense.
Start up time. It takes about 10 seconds before battle (5 without the spirit) in order to get this build going. I personally wouldn't mind, because I am normally in front of the party and then have to go towards the back during battle. With the excess of time I have to set up, It is enough to get my spirit off and maybe the enchant. But this could become annoying to some. At least be aware of the possible problem
Positives
No Additional Interrupt Needed. As a ranger, your job is usually to either spread conditions or interrupt crap.. So you end up bringing an interrupt or two in order to take out the stupid monk's healing crap, or the ele's meteor shower.. But with punishing shot as your elite, almost every shot you take will interrupt the enemy as well as add to the amount of damage you are doing.
Massive singular Damage. you are adding +51 - +59 damage to each attack. That means (in theory) that each time you attack, you will be doing at the very least 66 - 79 fiery damage each shot plus 25% - 65% of that again [Depending on Asuran Rank]. Keep in mind the other elements that come into play, such as armor and Critical hits. So you will be doing decent damage.
Important Discussion
to be added...
Okay, tell me whatchya guys think. I really don't expect it to get any "great" reviews, as I don't really consider myself a "great" build-maker. But I do know a pretty good amount about PvE, and this build might just work
so add some critique and lemme know whatchya guys think, any reason why it fails at life, or why I should stop wasting my time thinking, and use it on more valuable things like finishing essays for english...
Also, rate it on a scale of 1 - 5 if you have the time. 5 being Superb, and 1 being terribly awful...

This looks kinda like a modded R spike
but anyway looks decent I give a 4
Also we have a thing called[skill ] [ /skill] without the spaces in the brackets
Makes looking at builds much easier.
ALso why Greater Dwarf Weapon?
It's only for other people if I remember correctly

Yes but if you read above where I put the [wiki ] [ /wiki] skills, They haven't Added the Gwen Skills to the database ( or whatever it is ) so they won't show up if I type them in. I really hate it when only 5 of the skills actually work, so I made them wiki links. Same difference as the wiki links also give previews to the ones that work... I'm not a newbie kiddo ..
If you really don't want to give critique, at the very least vote!

Not bad 4/5.Very similar to the Conjure Flame build I have been using.
Volley / Prepared Shot / Distracting Shot / Savage Shot / Conjure Flame / Kindle Arrows / Troll Unguent / Resurrection Signet. (Sorry I am at work so no Template code). Works quite well in the Norn / Azura regions.
Note : I also use a Fiery Bow for the added damage of Conjure Flame.
